You’re usually a calm person.
But the moment your parents open their mouths, irritation rises inside you.
There’s a surge of anger you can’t quite understand.
You don’t like acting this way — it doesn’t feel like you.


It’s a defense mechanism born from childhood trauma.
Most likely something you went through as a child.

Your parents rarely say anything positive when they talk to you.
They put pressure on you constantly and deny your feelings.
They even spread their worries and negative energy onto you.

When you talk to them, you somehow expect to get hurt.
You’ve suffered so much from their complaints that you instinctively go into defense mode.

During hard times, you had to fend for yourself.
And over time, this pushed you away from your family and left you disappointed.

Now it’s time to learn how to look forward.
Recognize the harm your parents caused — even if it was subconscious.
Love the child inside you.
But don’t try to heal your family.

My dear,
You deserve all the goodness in life.
You deserve to be loved.
