Mother and daughter

If you think there are already too many expenses in this budget… well, this is the better version. I’m honestly quite inexperienced when it comes to managing money. And even in my amateur state, I already have plenty of regret-filled experiences…
Thankfully, I’m making more mature decisions day by day — or at least that’s what I tell myself 😮‍💨

I was expecting to have an extra $65 in this budget, but plans and reality didn’t align. Still, I managed to do a lot of things I wanted to. For example:
I purchased 3 more years of hosting and 1 more year of domain service for my website. The domain isn’t adrianaswings because I had already bought that one for 10 years. I extended the acelya.blog domain for one more year.
So now, the domain is secured until mid-2027, and hosting is extended until mid-2028.

Budget 2

Advertising

Other than that, I set aside $10 total for promoting my YouTube and TikTok accounts. It’s not much, but that’s all I can afford for now.

Gaming

I really need to watch my in-game spending… I’ve been overspending and it bothers me. But I won’t dwell on it too much — I found a simple solution.
I’ve decided to limit myself to a maximum of $30 per month for games. That should be enough for now.

Snacks

As for snacks — since I need to go on a diet, I’ve decided to cut out all the junk food: chocolate, chips, anything fried or greasy.
They cost money and damage my health, so they have to go.

Local Market

Another unnecessary expense… While walking through the local market, I saw some clothing pieces priced at just $0.75 — skirts, dresses, blouses.
They seemed so cheap, I grabbed five pieces immediately.
But three of them (plus a few items I’d taken out of my suitcase) ended up in the donation bin because they didn’t fit me at all.
I only kept one long evening dress and a skirt.
Looking back, I regret the rest.
On the way home, I gave a tip to a kid selling lemonade and then stopped by the store.
So in total, I spent around $10 — very random.

Clothing

In this budget, I decided to treat myself — I bought some bras and a dress for myself.
The package hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m sure they’ll be beautiful 🥹
When they arrive, I’ll try them on — and maybe take a photo for you! I’ll even share it here; I think that would be lovely 🫠
I spent a total of $17.5 and I think it’ll be worth it, so I’m really happy. 💓
I need to make myself happy, because lately I’ve been feeling really down.
I’m going through days where I feel like I have no reason left to stay alive…
So to lift my spirits, I’ll wear dresses, put on makeup, and dress like a woman 🥹

That brings us to the end of this first budget plan.
I still have $30 left in my pocket, but I’ll try not to spend it — I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to find a job anytime soon.
I need to be careful.
Thank you for reading all the way through 🤩
