What I Realized Before Starting My Blog

I realized that before I started blogging, I never actually did any research. I didn’t read other bloggers, didn’t study their writing styles, and didn’t even check how long their posts usually are. At first, I didn’t think it mattered—but now I can clearly see both the pros and the cons.

While scrolling through “Medium,” I noticed that many blog posts are extremely long.
So it made me question something:

Do you really need to write pages and pages to be considered a real blogger?
I mean… the whole point is to share what’s on my mind, right? 🤔

🧠 A Short Break… and a Few Days Later

I wrote the part above a few days ago.
Life got in the way, I had some things to deal with, so I stopped writing for a while. Now that I’m back and rereading it, I actually think I expressed what I wanted quite well.

I don’t want to write long posts just for the sake of writing long posts.
My blog isn’t a news article or a professional essay. It’s a collection of personal stories from my life. And I’m genuinely happy about that. ✨

🎭 About My TikTok Content

A few days ago, I shared a blog post where I talked about my concerns regarding my TikTok account. I was unsure whether I should delete my old videos.

Now, I’m thinking… instead of deleting them, maybe I can just switch them to private, and turn my profile into a space where I share more authentic content. I need to gain followers, and I already have some ideas for the type of videos I want to post.

I’m hoping this will help me grow a decent audience. 📈

🎥 The “Views” Mystery Remains Unsolved

No one can predict what will go viral or what people will actually watch.
People spend years experimenting and strategizing, yet there’s still no formula.

Whenever someone says, “Just do this, it will definitely get views,” the only response that comes to my mind is:

No, no. It doesn’t work like that. ❌
