I mentioned before that I occasionally make updates to my blog site, and recently I made a few more changes. I moved away from the overly pink, blog-only design and switched to a more general and versatile layout.

First of all, I added a video from my YouTube channel to the homepage. I included short descriptions introducing my non-blog pages and placed buttons underneath them for easy access. Currently, my pages are organized as follows:
â Resources (LGBT-related resources and articles)
â Rabbit Hole (AI-generated visuals)
â Açelya (My short âabout meâ page)
â Blog (My blog posts)
â Adrianaâs Wings (Brand-building draft)
â Contact (My contact page)
Instead of adding more pages, I focused on making the existing structure more organized. For example, the Rabbit Hole section now leads to different subpages, which makes the site feel cleaner and more structured.
At the moment, my website looks like a draft of the site I imagine in my headâand thatâs actually my intention. Over time, I plan to turn it into something more professional. I have quite ambitious plans for the Rabbit Hole section in particular, but right now I simply canât execute them. Both my technical knowledge is insufficient, and gathering the necessary resources is very difficult at this stage. Also, this section will not consist solely of AI content⌠I wonât go into more detail for now, but Iâm confident it will turn out well. đ
I wanted the homepage to function as a hub where content from many different sections comes together, but I realized that this requires fairly advanced technical knowledge. And, as usual, it all comes back to money. Itâs strange to keep returning to the same point, but thatâs lifeâthereâs nothing I can do about it. For now, Iâll continue working on it as a draft. I need a clear vision of what it should look like first, and these days Iâm trying to focus on that.
Update
I did some research on what it would take to bring my website to the level I want, and I learned whatâs required. Turning the concept in my mind into reality would cost approximately $3,000 for the initial setup, and then around $2,500 annually afterward.
I like to look at things realistically. For that reason, I know that I canât make this project happen right now. Iâll create a more detailed draft and a clearer cost plan. Then Iâll try to save the money needed for the initial step. After that, Iâll attempt to build it slowly, step by step. For now, keeping it as a draft seems like the healthiest option.
Marketing
One of the most exhausting parts will be marketing. Any project needs proper promotion in order to be noticed, and I need to include those details in the project draft as well. Overthinking everything before even starting only makes things harder. Thatâs why I plan to gradually put the necessary pieces together once I start earning money.
