Blog Entry: May 12, 2026
I’ve decided to launch a completely new concept on my YouTube channel. My goal is to narrate my entire one-and-a-half-year journey through the voice of a character brought to life via artificial intelligence, building a much deeper, authentic connection with my viewers. I have a feeling I’ll be putting a massive amount of effort into this video.

I already have a clear blueprint in mind. First and foremost, I need to prepare an exceptionally strong script. To achieve this, I received help from Gemini AI to analyze all my previous blog posts and craft the exact narrative structure I was aiming for. That was probably the easiest part, because the visuals and videos I’ll be using are incredibly crucial, and right now, I don’t know exactly what style of imagery or footage to go for. Of course, the video length is also key…
My mind is so cluttered. Creating a character that speaks perfectly in sync with a face is genuinely difficult and costly, so I’m imagining her as a voiceover character speaking beautifully in the background. I currently have a voice and face draft ready. I’ve even created a small dedicated section for this at the very bottom of my blog’s homepage. I just hope my text-to-speech credits will be enough. Utilizing AI services is already quite expensive, and I’ll need to allocate an extra budget specifically for this, but I truly hope it will be worth it. For now, I need to figure out the editing process.
Update: May 14, 2026
Two days have passed, and I’ve finished the video—I’ve even uploaded it to my YouTube channel and designed a beautiful thumbnail. I can safely say it turned out exactly how I wanted. I used 87 photos and a wonderful AI voice narrating my story in the background—and it speaks with a flawless British accent!
I’m planning to publish these weekly on Sundays under the dedicated category name “Becoming Açelya”. For now, I shared this week’s video as a trial. If I get the feedback I’m hoping for, I will absolutely continue the series in the coming weeks. In this first episode, I used a largely artistic language and tried to truly explain myself to people.
As for the second video, I really have no idea what I’ll talk about next. I definitely need to think about it before next week and finish that video as well… I have a few ideas floating around, but I’m not entirely sure if they make sense. For example, talking about dresses could work, but I don’t know—ultimately, Becoming Açelya is about storytelling. The background visuals are just there to keep the viewer on screen and match the channel’s aesthetic concept, so I need to find a deeper idea. I started this concept to genuinely interact with my viewers, so I
really need to brainstorm on this.
Update: May 17, 2026
The video went live a few hours ago. I’ll wait a few more hours to check the final results. If it gets views in the first few hours, I guess it means I succeeded right away. But even if it doesn’t, it doesn’t mean failure, because some videos get views days, weeks, or even months later and suddenly go viral. That’s why I’ll keep a close eye on it for the first week, and if it performs well after two weeks, I’ll keep sharing.
Aside from that, today I created a brand new concept called “8 Seconds For Açelya Viewers”. I’ve already prepared, uploaded, and scheduled 3 videos on my YouTube channel. Here is how my current weekly schedule looks:
- Monday: Weekly Fashion Video
- Tuesday: 8 Seconds For Açelya Viewers
- Wednesday: Weekly Fashion Video
- Thursday: 8 Seconds For Açelya Viewers
- Friday: The final 3 episodes of “Dressed by Açelya”, after which the Sunday video slot will shift to this day.
- Saturday: 8 Seconds For Açelya Viewers
- Sunday: 8 Seconds test videos [May 24] [May 17 chapter], the rest is TBD.
I’m exhausted, genuinely so exhausted. I think I’ll put my headphones on tonight, relax, and just let myself cry. [Yes, I bought an energy drink again :(]
I will probably publish this post on May 18, 2026. A few hours before publishing, I’ll write a final update here regarding the view counts.
Update: May 19, 2026
I forgot to publish this blog post yesterday, but it doesn’t matter. My new concept video didn’t get any views in its first few hours, so I just went to sleep and decided to check it in the morning. When I woke up, the video had 40+ views and 4 likes [2 of them are mine :()].
This is actually a good sign because my videos usually don’t get viewed in the first few hours; instead, after a day or a few days pass, they suddenly start picking up. It’s strange, really, but it doesn’t matter—as long as it gets viewed, I can be patient. This sparks a huge glimmer of hope in me because that viral video and the subsequent hype I’m working toward could come when I least expect it. That’s why I try to make things a little better with every single video I upload.
Other than that, the very first videos of the 8 Seconds concept will air this week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. They really need to perform well because I’ve already prepared the 8 Seconds test videos for Sunday, and I don’t want all that effort to go to waste.
Moving forward, I think I’ll have to plan my videos strictly on a week-by-week basis. I had previously scheduled nearly two months’ worth of videos ahead of time, but due to sudden warnings on my channel, I had to delete all that hard work. It pays to be prepared for these kinds of situations. I’m full of hope this week.
Also, I’ve been experiencing some strange situations over the past day or two, but I’ll write about that in another upcoming blog post.
Thank you so much for reading.
